Too Hot To Handle Producers Exposed

Описание: They say love takes work but in Too Hot To Handle’s case, it might be the result of a little producer magic. Reality TV is known to be manufactured, and while they can’t make the contestants do anything they don’t want to, producers can side step to direct scenes, encourage the cast to do things, or create scenes with the help of editing. After all, no one wants to see just boring parts of someone’s day.

Some scripted moments that seem less than authentic are Marvin’s dramatic confession to Melinda about his feelings right when they are nearing the end of production, Cam’s blue ball stunt that caused him to land in the hospital, Tabitha randomly tempting Cam in the shower as a test, Lana selectively seeing couples’ hot and heavy actions, Francesca and Haley’s sudden kiss, Kayla’s beef with Melinda and Carly that wasn’t shown, Desiree’s savage one-liners, and new contestants arriving just as one relationship ends to spice up the drama. Not all scripted moments are bad though, sometimes they are meant to encourage a relationship to move forward and often, it works in your favour depending on if you are the fan favourite or not. For the most part, the cast has said the editing has been a pretty accurate depiction of the situation and unfortunately, not everyone gets to be the main character. Some just have to accept that they’re the supporting character in a storyline decided by reality TV show runners.
