Anthem Next has Been Cancelled, BioWare is focusing their Efforts on Mass Effect & Dragon Age

Recently BioWare has announced that they plan to stop creating the next installment of the Anthem series. Anthem Next is cancelled after the contentious release of its predecessor Anthem. This is definitely the best decision BioWare could make right now as they try to right the ship and produce some content for their staple IP's Mass Effect & Dragon Age.
Anthem was a franchise that was definitely not a hit with the community and its rushed release and lack of support post launch added it to the sizable list of BioWare games that released in the 2010's that was launched then abandoned. This type of trend is disheartening for BioWare fans and while this is definitely bad news for fans of Anthem, this change of course does allow BioWare and EA to focus more intently on their successful series and hopefully improve their quality.
