Having tagged the Noise tanks, Someone appears at the garage tailing if anyone can keep up with his run.Beat decides to take the challenge head-on.
Completing "Noise Reduction" causes Yo-Yo to challenge you to a race through Benten-cho, starting off in the outdoor subway track area. You need to get from here to a tag wall high up in the residential area where the first mission was. In fact, the tag spot is where where you'd be upon completing the second part of Mew's challenge.
You race head-to-head against Yo-yo and he play on a predetermined set AI pattern. However I already know how to get to the tag spot so it's only a matter of getting there. Do not make contact with Rival racers as... for whatever reason-- they cause damage and/or throw off your jump angles.
