Описание: A small dance performance just inside a modern stube or stüa, that is a real room dedicated to heat and meeting where the wood storage stove is located, designed and built by Filo di Paglia during the "lockdown" period for its own studio - show room .

It is a modern interpretation of Bauernofen (lad. Mugùn or fornél) which has been given the shape of a chaise longue entirely made of high quality refractory.
The sinuous shape of the heated bench-seat is a clear invitation to relax linked to the benefits of the radiant heat emitted by the large clay stove.
The beneficial emission of heat and radiation enter a real SPA, it is further enhanced by the thick raw earth plasters, which have been improved and regular heat and humidity.
From a symbolic point of view, the shape is only allusive to archaic rocky decorative forms, there are those who see a horse without a head like Picasso, or a snail ....... it is certainly an environment that invites you to linger, slow down and enjoy your time.
Great attention to detail, from the spiral earth inspection plugs, to the large drop-shaped woodshed, to the hand-decorated majolica sparks floor, to the backlit LED system, to the timer up to the mobile benches with wheels made with recovery of scraps of glulam beams from our yards of straw houses.
The benches are seated for conviviality typical of the stube of the past in the dark periods of winter, here in addition they are mobile on wheels and a great flexibility of spatial combinations.
All the plasters were made entirely by hand, in the sense that no tools were used, but they were applied only with the hands so as not to affect the organic shape!
The choice of raw earth finishes in ocher color - sand and green earths have been chosen to further enhance the environment and specially designed with earth and sands suitable to give a sense of softness and roundness to the organic and sinuous volumes, and enhance the bass wall relief representing the typical marsh cattail of Lake Trasimeno. The door, with its large double-walled glass, gives the studio the opportunity to see the flame as in a traditional open fireplace.
This thermal mass wood stove has been designed to fully heat the home and replace the existing gas heating system.
