This is part 2 of the Boosted Board battery pack build! Connecting the Balance Connectors and the Positive & Negative wires. (Check the description for a list of the items)

The battery pack is based on a 6s Balance Charger! If you have a 10s Balance Charger, then you have to use a 10s Balance Connector (also the middle wire will not be needed)! I am using 2x 5s Balance Connectors. Each 5s pack will be charged separately.

   • NEW BOOSTED BOARD BATTERY PACK | Part 1  

Please make sure you know what you are doing!!! It is best to spot weld the batteries but I don't have access to a spot welder. You can do the job using a soldering iron but make sure not to overheat the batteries!!! Do the soldering job really fast.

This build is based on a 6s balance charger. A 10s balance charger costs around $150. The 6s charger costs $37! What I did is I built a 10s pack and turned it into 2x 5s battery packs by connecting 2x 5s balance connectors. Each 5s pack has to be charged separately. If you want to get the more expensive charger, then you have to connect a single 10s balance connector.

►Here's what you need for the build:◄
10x 18650 Batteries. I got Samsung 25R 2500mAh 18650 batteries. You can use any high drain 18650 batteries. Sony, Samsung, LG, and Panasonic have pretty good 18650 batteries. Make sure you don't get fake ones!!!!!!!!
