🔎 How to Find Your Old 401(k) or Pension Accounts

1️⃣ Remember the Company
Think back to your past jobs — each one might have left behind a 401(k) or pension.

2️⃣ Search for the Provider
Google: “[Company Name] + 401(k) Provider”
➡️ If you find the 401k provider, (example Fidelity, Vanguard, Charles Schwab, T. Rowe Price, etc.,) contact them directly.
➡️ If not, try “[Company Name] + retirement plan help phone number.”
Still stuck? Call the company’s HR or customer service and ask for their retirement benefits provider.

3️⃣ Access Your Account
Once you find the provider’s login page:

Try “Forgot username/password.”

If that fails, call customer service — they can help you recover access.

4️⃣ Not Sure You Ever Had One?
Visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Retirement Savings Lost & Found:

Use your Login.gov account (same one used for Social Security).
