As the Supreme Court began hearing pleas seeking a court-monitored probe into the Rafale fighter jets deal with France this morning, the centre objected to the top court reviewing the deal saying the "matter is for experts to decide on". Attorney General KK Venugopal asked if the "court was competent to judicially review the Rafale deal".
