Описание: Mission fulfillment is dependent on the clarity of vocabulary, vision, values, and strategy. This implies not only changing some of our conversation, but our preaching, equipping and planning. The outcomes that we strive for is in the activation of three primary agencies:
1. RAISING MISSIONAL INDIVIDUALS connecting Sunday’s faith with Monday’s life.
2. The Church to FUNCTION AS A MISSIONAL COMMUNITY building bridges - not walls to the community.
3. ENGAGING IN THE MISSIONAL ECO-SYSTEM acknowledging that no single ministry can do this alone.
To achieve these three outcomes, there is a need to embrace a series of ‘METANOIA MOMENTS’
Repenting – ‘Metanoia’ To change the way that I think, speak and what I value in ministry. “.... but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Rom 12:2b

Powershift Measurement:
1. From focusing on building a church to influencing my city
2. From preaching the gospel of Salvation to the gospel of Kingdom
3. From condemning your city to seeking the peace and prosperity of it.
4. From measuring attendance & experience to measuring impact.
5. From only blessing and encouraging to equipping and sending.
6. From building walls to building bridges.
7. From local minister to regional spiritual leader.
8. From positioning against to joining hands with others.
