TBOI: Repentance - The Lamb's Death and Victory Lap as Isaac

More amazing runs and ultimate synergy combo after defeating The Lamb for the first time as Isaac, and decided to pull a Victory Lap, but after killing IT LIVES!!! I made a massive mistake in entering Sheol and killing Satan for nothing, and didn't have access to the Large Golden Door, but at least I unlocked lots of new stuff! By the looks of it the TBOI engine started to lag after killing The Lamb because there are lots of parts where the game speeds up a little. Either it's on purpose because of the Victory Lap or bug in the TBOI engine.

The items list will be updated here because there were lots of stuff I gathered during the initial run and I have to check if I got duplicates.
