Simple Moving Average (SMA50)

The SMA 50 can also be used to identify potential support and resistance levels. It is common for prices to react when they approach or cross the SMA 50 line, potentially signaling a reversal or continuation of the trend.

Average Directional Index (ADX)

The Average Directional Index (ADX) is a technical indicator used in financial markets to assess the strength and direction of a trend. Developed by J. Welles Wilder, it measures the degree of trendiness in a price movement, helping traders identify whether an asset is trending or consolidating.

The ADX typically ranges from 0 to 100, with higher values indicating a stronger trend. A reading below 20 suggests a weak or non-existent trend, while a reading above 25-30 may indicate the presence of a significant trend. Traders often use the ADX in conjunction with other technical indicators to make more informed decisions about buying or selling assets.
