Workout 3 is presented by @btwb - Official Training Shoe & Ruck of the Rogue Invitational

Athletes that have not been formally invited to compete in the CrossFit competition at the Rogue Invitational can earn their spot in the field through the online qualifier.

A $20 entry fee gets you into the competition; $35 gets you entry + an official Rogue "Q" t-shirt. Once you’ve completed your qualifier workouts, submit your scores and workout videos using the Beyond the White Board app. Also be sure to use #ryourogue and tag @roguefitness to share your experience!

Minimum of 5 male and 5 female competitors will qualify for the in person competition taking place in October.
Qualifiers will receive travel stipends and hotel accommodations along with inclusion in the 2022 prize purse.
