Meet The Awakening, a cocktail that doesn’t ask politely. It kicks the door down and drags your senses into the light.
This bold creation blends tropical sweetness with citrus bite and a hit of chilli that lingers just long enough to remind you it's alive. Made with Imbibis Clarity Gin infused with kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass for 24 hours, it's the kind of drink that commands attention.
To make it, start with 50ml of the infused gin, then add 20ml of lime syrup (1:3 ratio), 70ml of pineapple juice, and anywhere from 1 to 10 chilli seeds depending on how brave you're feeling. Add ice and shake it like you mean it.
For the rim, mix dried Thai basil, coloured pepper, and pink salt on a plate. Wet the rim of a chilled coupe or martini glass and roll it through the mix until coated.
Fine strain the cocktail into the glass, garnish with a single lime leaf, and that's it. A sensory explosion in a glass.
