In my initial review, I laid out three specific issues I had with the tool. SST watched my video and DMed me explaining a few things. First, they agreed that the directions for the tool could be improved. Next, they explained to me how the miter slot piece should work, which was a huge win to know about! Lastly, they said they would send me a brand new tool to see if the new tool would be a better experience.

Overall, the new tool is an improvement from the old, plus learning more about the tool from SST really helped. I really appreciate SST reaching out and I think that is a big win from a brand and customer experience perspective!
