In this final module of the 'Supporting team wellbeing as a manager' course, Kevin Bazeley, Associate Consultant at Wellity Global, explores how line managers, people managers and team leaders can build a positive, sustainable wellbeing culture through consistent, human leadership behaviours.

This video focuses on the small actions that signal what’s valued in your team, such as recognition, trust, flexibility and healthy boundaries, and how these behaviours support mental health, engagement, resilience and performance over time.

In this video, managers will learn how to:
