📍 Day 1 | Assam to Dirang | Arunachal Pradesh Bike Ride | December Journey

This vlog covers Day 1 of my Arunachal Pradesh bike ride, starting from Assam to Dirang in December. The initial plan was to stay in Dirang and then ride to Tawang, but the journey slowly began to change.

We took the Bhairabkunda route, which many people still believe has very bad road conditions. In this video, I clearly explain the current road condition of the Bhairabkunda route, which has improved a lot and is no longer as difficult as it used to be.

As we entered Arunachal Pradesh and crossed Bala, the scenery suddenly changed. What felt like a normal ride turned into an unforgettable moment when snow-covered mountains appeared out of nowhere — a mix of surprise, shock, and pure happiness.

Since there was no snow in Tawang in December, we decided not to stick blindly to the plan. The road quietly led us towards Mago and the remote Gungkharlā Lake, one of the least explored and most beautiful high-altitude locations in Arunachal Pradesh.

Day 1 ended at Dirang, and just before reaching the homestay, the action camera storage got full — a small reminder that some moments are meant to be lived, not recorded.
