Ingredients
Salt enough for your taste
Semolina-1/2cup
Enough water
Wheat flour-1cup
Oil for frying
Steps:-
First heat a pan and roast semolina.
When semolina becomes light brown take it off from flame.
Grind the roasted semolina when it cools down.
Take bowl add grinded semolina.
Next add wheat flour to it.
Add salt for your taste.
Add enough water for the dough.
Knead it until it forms soft dough.
When dough becomes soft, start making small balls of it.
First heat a pan and add oil to it.
Make the small balls into thin round sheet.
When oil becomes hot add thin poori dough to it.
When poori becomes light brown take it from the oil.
