Part III: THE ANTIPOPE

After laying waste to the second member of the unholy trinity, Sartana heads back to the crypt. The inexplicable force that compelled Sartana to go west was no doubt the handy work of Droge's deceptive warlock powers. Sartana returns to the crypt to find it darker than ever. Something has changed. A sinister force hangs over the crypt like a large black bird of doom. It is time to head east...

Played on "Even Death Will Bleed", hardest difficulty. We are back at the crypt and it is much darker now than before. Don't forget the secret near the beginning with the invincibility artifact and also a secret corridor leading to a innate power-up, Candyman's Hook as it helps Sartana's melee weapon deal 2x more damage than before as well as steal health from enemies (if health is under 100). There is a new enemy, which is the grim reaper like phantom (wields two scythes and does tick-based damage when in contact) but they go down very quickly with either the Atlantean sword (if you got it in the previous level) or just any attack. They stay down for a while before getting back up. There is a new weapon in this level and it's the machine gun or Django's weapon. It has a fast rate of fire and can stun a lot of enemies, but ammo for it is rather uncommon. It's usage is good for weakening some bosses and/or clearing an area full of weak enemies (zombies, cultists, and such).

Also, when you get to the place with the bishops and other mages, be careful as they are powerful. Use your demon eyes, some gerra's orbs, and Devil's mule to take them down quickly (be sure to use the cloak of protection to help out as well). Near the end there are two dark hunters guarding the exit so don't get caught off guard. (Try to lure them out one by one or fight them with the cloak of protection.)
