New 2023 Haval Xiaolong Max in-depth Walkaround
The Haval Xiaolong Max, a mid-size crossover SUV produced by Great Wall Motor under the Haval brand, will offer two plug-in hybrid engine options under the bonnet.
Customers can choose between a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine or a turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine, which deliver 85 kW and 113 kW respectively, both of which are paired with battery packs. There are two battery pack options available: 9.4 kWh and 19.27 kWh. The vehicle boasts a claimed pure electric range of 44 km and 86 km, based on WLTC. It is not yet clear if there will be any pure ICE powertrain options.
In terms of the vehicle's dimensions, the Haval Xiaolong Max has a wheelbase of 2,800 mm (110.2 in), a length of 4,758 mm (187.3 in), a width of 1,895 mm (74.6 in), a height of 1,725 mm (67.9 in).
