Hakkotsu Thunder B grenades are "sound" grenades. They use a simple mechanism. When the pin is released, it hits the top of the CO2 cartridge, which releases the CO2. The CO2 fills the shell until it can not resist anymore, then boom.
Which means that you can reuse the firing mechanism, but each time you want to throw a grenade, you need a new CO2 cartridge and a new shell.
The grenade is not supposed to throw any projectile, it's a sound grenade (and it makes really a lot of sound).
Some people put bb's or powder in the grenade, but I doubt it's really useful.
So... I guess it's fun, because they look quite realistic and make really a lot of noise. But they make so much noise I think it could be dangerous indoor. Use them wisely.
