How to Retrofit Xenon Headlights - Ford Focus Mk1

Описание: How to Install Xenon Headlights into a Pre-Facelift Ford Focus Mk1, with Auto-leveling and Headlight Washers.

In this video, I'm showing the installation process of Xenon (Hella) Headlights, like the ones found on a Ford Focus ST170 or on some GHIA models. This retrofit is for the skilled DIY-ers. But I'm going trough all the main steps on how to do the wiring and everything else.

Part you'll need:
-Hella (Xenon) Headlight Assembly (including ballast)
-Auto Leveling Sensor Front (Master)
-Auto Leveling Sensor Rear (Slave)
-Headlight Switch (Without Manual Leveling)
-Headlight Washer Nozzles + Caps
-Headlight Washer Pump
-Headlight Washer Hose
-Windscreen Washer Reservoir with 2nd Headlight Washer Pump Cutout
-Headlight Washer Relay
-Engine Bay Wiring Harness (or just the wires you need from it) or Adapter Harness
-Headlight Washer Pump Wiring Harness
-3 Wires from the Rear Sensor to C51
-3 Wires from the Rear Sensors from C51 to C71.

Tool you'll need:
-Socket set (including 8,10,13,15,17,19)
-T40, T50 torx and other sizes
-wrenches
-Cordless Drill and bits
-Screwdrivers
-Needle nose Pliers
-Box cutter + Electrical tape
-Wire Cutting Pliers + Zip-ties
-Crimping Press + Ferrules (pins)
-Hot Glue Gun + Hot Glue Sticks
-Heat-shrink Tubing + Heat gun
-Multimeter
-Vacuum Cleaner
