Learn how to make Naan! We created a quick and easy Naan recipe that is super delicious. You can enjoy this homemade Naan all day because this flatbread is also super healthy (whole food, plant-based and oil free). This flat bread is so quick to make (in under 10 minutes!) as we don’t use any yeast. We make this Naan recipe in a regular pan so no oven or tandoor needed. Everybody can make Naan at home now that is fluffy, airy and soft but also crispy in some spots.

Whole food, plant-based, oil-free, quick and delicious Naan recipe ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
2 cups (270 g) whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1½ tsp (8 g) baking powder
¼ tsp (2 g) salt
Wet ingredients:
½ cup + 1 Tbsp (135 ml) soy yoghurt
¼ cup (60 ml) soy milk (you may need to add a bit more if you're using 100% whole wheat flour)
1 Tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
