Описание: Robotic work-cell equipped with 2 Fanuc robots & 2 Atlas Copco SL series DC electric screwdrivers. The DC controllers provided closed loop feedback for process verification. The robots pick and place the screws through the use of a screw presenter. Once the screw is placed in the precise location the DC screwdriver turns on and tightens to a specified torque value. The assembly and QC process is a fully automated and requires absolutely no operators.
