Where does your paper & cardboard recycling go?
That’s the question being asked by Richard Morgan from ITV Wales as he tracks what happens to paper and cardboard that are thrown away. Smurfit Kappa Recycling receives around 14.000 tonnes or 20% of Wales’ paper and cardboard recycling. This then becomes the raw material for our two paper mills in Birmingham and Kent, for use in the manufacturing of cardboard boxes.
