Webinar given by Professor Nuria Fuentes-Pelaez, from the Research Group on Socieducative Interventions in Childhood and Youth, in the Department of Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education, Faculty of Education, University of Barcelona.
This presentation will explore kinship care in Spain, highlighting what differentiates it from non-relative foster care. It will also provide evidence and resources aimed at improving the quality of interventions during the socio-educational process. Particular emphasis will be placed on the role of evaluation and support through group-based programs. The session will include findings from recent research and introduce the latest tools being developed by GRISIJ research group called “P+Grupal” to enhance the quality and effectiveness of these interventions.
