1.: Material preparation
**Neoprene Foam**: The neoprene foam is slicing in desired thickness.
Fabric: only special nylon, polyester, and other synthetic materials could used
Since the bonded fabric will adds an extra layer of insulation, improve the thermal properties,
2.*Cleaning**: Both the foam and the fabric are required to remove any contaminants
3. *Application of Adhesive*
Adhesives like solvent-based, water-based, or heat-activated adhesives.are evenly applied to the surfaces on foam and fabric.
4. **Lamination**: The foam and fabric are brought together and passed through machine applying pressure and heat to bond them together.
**Curing**: laminated sheets will go through controlled temperature and humidity conditions to ensure the adhesive sets properly and forms a strong bond.
5. **Inspection*: any defects sheet such as bubbles, wrinkles, or weak spots will be taken out.
