Описание: In a major political and legal development in Andhra Pradesh, the NDA coalition government has officially granted permission to prosecute former minister and YSRCP leader Kodali Nani in a pending criminal case from 2021. The case dates back to February 2021 during the Gram Panchayat elections, when Kodali Nani allegedly made highly derogatory remarks against the then-Opposition Leader (current CM) Nara Chandrababu Naidu and the then-State Election Commissioner (SEC) Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, violating the Model Code of Conduct.
