🌟INGREDIENTS🌟
2 CUP CHANA DAL
3 CUP REGULAR MILK
1 CUP SUGAR
1/2 TBSP GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER
PUT SOME COCONUT FLAKES
AND RAISINS (Optional)
1 cup desi ghee
1) soak daal in over night and morning put in pan and add milk cook on low flame when daal is soft milk dry then mash the daal
2) put ghee or oil in pan and add mash daal and mix very well after tar 10 mins put cardamom powder and sugar mix very well
3) cook until halwa is separate to pan add some coconuts and RAISINS
4) when halwa its done add some chopped nuts and enjoy with milk it's very good for joints pain and boost brain please try this
