Описание: Irish Hospice Foundation is a proud partner of Palliative Care Week 2024, hosted by the All-Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care (AIIHPC). We hosted a lunchtime webinar to share information about palliative care, Advance Care Planning, and our Think Ahead Planning Pack, a tool and practical guide to help you document your end-of-life wishes. Speakers on the day were IHF's own Valerie Smith, Think Ahead and Public Engagement Lead, Marese Damery, Dying Well at Home Programme Manager, and Marie Cantwell, Professional Development Coordinator for General Practice Nursing.
