In TruBreak Training 13, we take the timing progression into full extension and start layering real progressions. The core rep is simple: extend → prep → break at full extension, then reset and finish deliberately on re-prep before returning with your finger off the trigger. First, we expand into multi-shot strings from a single-hand high compressed start position, focusing on fluid execution with no dwell. Next, we increase difficulty by swapping to lower value keys (smaller numbers = less margin for error). You may notice more gutter events at full extension—mechanics often erode in full extension and compromised positions—so we must train those positions intentionally. Finally, we add the shield as a progression to remove visual flag feedback and provide an alignment cue: if you can see the flag, you’re presenting high. We close with a safety reminder and a teaser: next lesson we move into a two-handed grip.
