🩷 One pot zupa toscana soup:
Add oil to the pan
Cook Italian sausage on medium/low
Saute onion in pot with sausage
Drain grease
Return to pot
Add chicken stock/broth
Add bite size yellow potatoes
Daah of garlic powder (or fresh sautéed garlic)
Cook on high 10 minutes
(until potatoes are fork tender)
Add in chopped kale
Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Simmer 5-10 additional minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
(Add chilli flakes to make it spicy)
Enjoy!
