Hi Guys!
I had this video suggested to me over christmas when i was staying at my family home!
I just had to wait until i went home again to see my cat - and then let him choose all of my food for the day!!
This was so fun, and I think it is such a good challenge for eating disorder recovery - to hand over all control to somebody else.
It helps to become comfortable with the unknown, to reduce compensatory behaviours, and to reduce the choice paralysis (not knowing what to choose!)
I highly, highly, recommend trying something similar - I have done videos of my friends & YOU GUYS choosing my food before too! :)
