PrePress production integrated with MIS

Описание: Who said JDF wasn't happening? EskoArtwork and MIS vendor CERM show a great example of how MIS and prepress production can be integrated. The movie shows the complete process of a job-order (1 new label and 2 re-runs). JDF and other tools deliver all specifications to prepress so they avoid re-typing any simple or dangerous values. Files and folders are automatically created on standard places. MIS is automatically updated on the order status, both on file level (inks, size...) and on order level (timings, milestones). This spectacular integration is running at several label printers in Europe and several are queuing to be next. The technology and tools used here are not limited to labels.
