Описание: SEPTEMBER 18: Department of Homeland Security agents arrest New York City Comptroller Brad Lander and 10 other elected officials during a civil disobedience on the 10th floor of 26 Federal Plaza trying to gain access to the detention facility where arrested immigrants are held. A federal judge ordered an injunction against the inhumane conditions in a DHS lockup on the 10th floor for undocumented immigrants the agency has detained after their mandatory court hearings elsewhere in the building. We documented several detainments today. We were told they can only hold 24 people. Before the injunction, one detainee told me there were two rooms with no less than 90 people inside, sleeping standing up.
