In Phu Quoc, the biggest Island of Vietnam, you can find some amazing street food. Every night the main street in Duong Dong is filled with vendors, with variations of seafood, traditional Vietnamese dishes, sweets, Phu Qouc specialties like pepper and fish sauce, clothes and souvenirs. This night we got to taste a little bit of everything. Savory, juicy, salty, buttery, both fish, sea urchin, lemongrass tofu and vegetables, some stuffed rice pancakes and of course something sweet.
Phu Quoc is world-famous for fish-sause and seafood, and all over the Island you can find fish boats and fishermen. We joined Johns Tours on a squidfishing evening experience... unfortunally we had no fisher luck, but the meal we got tasted good.
