Описание: Capitol Lake: Go find the debris trail, (organics the wind has blown to some shore) and you will find some of the litter that escaped the booms during the storm. I say "some of the litter" because we know that the back woods are filling back up with litter because of boom failures (wind pushes it back there). But it appears nobody is factoring in the back woods. Ryan Field storm data: Heavy rain noted, Jan 9th, 1.57 inches, wind gusts at 26 mph.
