The crew exercise noise discipline so from a grenade to the hmg are kept silent unless need be to minimise detection, the captain focuses on driving Fenrir and selecting and engaging naval targets with torpedoes and acts as the overall commander, the hmg gunners are on constant lookout for attacking aircraft so as to destroy them asap ignoring all else, crewmen conduct repairs with haste and lay mines when ordered, ground based AA gunners and fighters focus on cleaning the sky of planes and thus protect the Fenrir, while 1-2 paratrooper raiders are on standby for covert strike in case for example the enemy steals a coastal cannon to shoot Fenrir, while all personnel relay information so an overall picture of the situation can be established and acted upon. You lack one of these factors and the chances of Fenrir surviving dwindle massively.

Fenrir is what you'd call a high-maintenance asset, very powerful but requiring massive amounts of expert support to keep in play. And unfortunately such teams are few and far between, this was an outstanding crew and team in the video that you almost never have. And as with things like these, there's always an element of luck, which was certainly with us this round with the way Redamura was performing.

PS: that massive range failure I made in the end is annoyingly hilarious lol, anyhow, what an awesome experience
