This is what mid-storm takeovers look like when a snow-broker fails to meet client expectations.
A snow-broker is a contractor who signs the snow removal contract and finds a sub-contractor to do the work. They call their sub-contractors "partners", "service providers", "our network", anything to not use the word sub-contractor.
It is what being a #brokerkiller means. Taking work from a middle-man who fails to meet client expectations. They should not have had it to begin with.
I am betting that these failures were not even the various subcontractor's fault; they probably just got caught in the middle.
Snow brokers have their place in the market, they will always be there. But they will never deliver the quality of a self-performer or a blender.
