This is the video of 3 bhk flat with carpet area of 468.5 sqft . We will do furnishing work in this flat . But here I have mentioned some prior mistakes done beforehand . As you see here the False Ceiling is not done according to furniture layout or vaastu , the lighting connection is also done in wrong position . The false ceiling design layout depends on the bedroom size , furniture requirement and vastu shastra . There are two bedrooms under 100 sqft , so the bedroom's bed, side table , wardrobe , dresser unit and the ceiling fan and false ceiling lights and furniture lights etc everything is pre planned . There is a open kitchen attached with the living room total area measuring under 99sqft . We have to plan and make wall divider , tv unit and seating area within this space . Our furniture set up will be made in a customize size according to the space provided .
