Abstract:
This presentation explores how the future of fashion is becoming circular, sustainable, and driven by colour and creativity. We break down the environmental impact of textile waste and fast fashion, then highlight the innovative solutions transforming the industry — from upcycling and next-gen recycling technologies to mono-material design, digital product passports, and AI-powered tracking.
We also look at new global legislation pushing brands toward accountability, along with the growing role of resale, repair, and take-back programs in retail. Throughout the talk, we emphasize how colour-led design and creative approaches can spark new possibilities in a low-waste, regenerative fashion system.
In short: this presentation is about how technology, policy, and creative colour design are reshaping fashion into a more sustainable, circular future.
