TODAY'S RECIPE IS Homemade Osmania Biscuit | Hyderabadi Famous Osmania Cookies | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Soften Butter 70gm
Ghee 3 tbsp
Powder sugar 1/4 cup
Whisk until fluffy
All purpose flour 1 cup
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Dough form
Divide the dough
Place the dough on baking paper and roll it out a little thickly.
Cut with a cookies cutter
Transfer the cookies to a greased baking tray
Milk 1/4 cup
Custard powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Pour it in the baking tray over the cookies
Remove the excess milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 150c for 10-15 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
