The Gigabyte Aorus B550i Pro AX is one of the "cheap" (in big air quotes, there) mini-ITX motherboards in the 500-series line, but still carries significant power delivery capabilities fitting of a 3900X or stock-clocked 3950X. If you're doing a mini-ITX build, aside from cheaper B450 options, this may be worth a consideration. Memory overclocking capabilities are also noteworthy on this board when it comes to APUs, although we'll need to see the Renoir APU launch to learn more about that.
