We traveled to Newport Rhode Island to try and catch Porgy AKA Scup during the spawn, but first I stop at the local bait shop for some much-needed information. We walked in and the first thing we noticed was the large selection of bait and tackle available. The men were polite, excited, and eager to help. After talking for a moment, I got we needed and headed out.
We were excited to arrive and seen many people enjoying the evening and very few fishing. We unloaded our gear and started fishing and let me tell you! Well, just see for yourself.
