[Ingredients]
Salmon 600g (3 Pieces)
Freshly Ground Sea Salt To Taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper 2g (1 Tsp)
Oil 40g (3 Tbsp)
Garlic 15g (4 Cloves)
Honey 70g (3½ Tbsp)
Light Soy Sauce 40g (2½ Tbsp)
Lemon Juice 14g (1 Tbsp)
Steps:
1. Dry the salmon and cut into pieces; sprinkle with salt and marinate for 30 minutes; put it in a sealed bag, vent the air in the water, or vacuum with Foodsaver;
2. Place the salmon on the top rack of the dishwasher; the select auto cycle of 2 hours and start;
3. Remove the salmon as soon as possible after the cycle is done; dry the moisture with a paper towel;
4. Mince the garlic; Mix the light soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey, stir well for later use;
5. Add oil to the hot skillet; when the skillet is very hot, add the cooked salmon; Sear one side for 1 minute and the other side for 45 seconds; cook other pieces if any;
6. Do not wash the skillet; Add the minced garlic to the oil left in the skillet and brown the garlic; Add the mixed sauce and boil until reduced to half and a little sticky on the spoon;
7. Pour the sauce over the seared salmon and serve immediately.
