आज की इस Excel secret trick video 2 में हम आपको बताएंगे कि कैसे पूरे data में जहां कही भी text होगा उसको secondo में delete कैसे किया जाता है।

Steps for constant data:
1) Select your Data
2) Press Ctrl+G for "Go To" dialog box.
3) Click on Special option →click on Constant →Check only text →click on OK
4) All Text value data will be selected in data
5) Now, press Ctrl+ (-), choose entire row and hit ok button
6) All rows with text has been removed from Data.

Steps for Formula data:
1) Select your Data
2) Press Ctrl+G for "Go To" dialog box.
3) Click on Special option → Select Formulas option→Check only Text option → click OK
4) All Text values will be selected in data
5) Now, press Ctrl+ (-), choose Entire Row and hit OK button
6) Now, All text rows from formulas has been removed from Data.
