Описание: In Rose-Hulman’s new Food Science and Engineering Laboratory, students will learn science and engineering concepts about food, while also getting to eat and drink the results of their work in a way typical food science labs don’t allow! Opening in the new academic building in Fall 2021, Rose-Hulman’s food laboratory will allow students to address important societal issues related to food production and distribution, sustainability and nutrition, as well as explore the scientific principals and engineering techniques used to create our favorite products like coffee, chocolate and more. Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering Adam Nolte shares more about this exciting new space.
