Mount Titlis is located in the Uri Alps, a sub-range of the larger Alps mountain system. Its summit reaches 3,238 meters (10,623 feet) above sea level.
Temperature is below zero for 209 days per year. Engelberg is an alpine town in central Switzerland. It’s the closest village resort to Titlis.
Tourists reach peak by cable cars and Rotairs( rotating cable cars ). First rotairs were started here.
