Juggling is an excellent way to improve your touch, balance, and coordination. It’s a great training tool because all that you need is a ball. This routine contains five different activities. The goal is to try to complete 100 juggles for each activity. For this routine, you’ll be strictly using your laces to complete the session. Additionally, make sure that you’re trying to keep the ball below your waist. The closer the control, the better!
Don’t worry if you can’t juggle! Watch one of my “Juggle Like A Pro” videos (linked below). If you follow each video step by step you will be juggling like a pro in no time.
