This was a special performance for me, returning to Bellydancer USA as the reigning champion to share my love through performance, teaching, judging, and crowning the beautiful Crystal Liu as the new 2023 champion! It was hard to choose a song, but I ended up choosing this one, one of my very first solos. Revisiting it 20 years later as a fully fledged professional made my baby dancer dreams come true. I wish I had a video of the original to compare!
