About how the divine guardian of the heavens, the stag Ækythen, appeared to the hero Áthir and his people, long-wandering in darkness. And how Áthir gained the sword Anthéor, originating from one of the antlers of Ækythen. With which Áthir banished the fiendish shadows from the world, having crept into creation during the Dropping of the Earth.
