Описание: In the following talk, I consider the origins of 'Law & Development'. I link these to both the Third World and neoliberal projects, highly antagonistic policy programs that have each produced their own separate model of development (with the ascent of the latter bringing about the demise of the former). In the final section, I consider what a Post-Development narrative might look like.
